Stay Fit during the Holiday Season

Holiday seasons can sometimes get very tiring for some of us. It happens so often those social events like weddings, parties, thanks giving ceremonies and so many other social events cluster up within a time span of a few weeks. This causes the disruption of our usual daily routine.

Now if you are someone who has been working hard throughout the year to keep your body fit and hazard free then this time of the year can be so frustrating for you. You can hardly manage time to do your exercises. These events also mean that you can not go by the food routine that you made to keep yourself away from unwanted fat.

So you will have to find out ways to keep yourself fit in these hectic times. Some ways for you to keep yourself healthy in holiday season:

1. You will have to take few cups of green tea every day and it will help you to burn the calorie.

2. Make a low fat food menu for your dinner before the party day.

3. Try to have green tea and fresh fruits for breakfast in the morning.

4. Get high protein and raw breakfast. Keep vegetable items in your breakfast menu.

5. Keep it raw and unprocessed meals for the rest of the day. If you want to take chicken or fish, cook itsimply with steamed vegetable or salad. Avoid high calorie food materials and fried foods in special.

6. Try to make it a habit to take a spoon of Psyllium husks with water every day

7. Drink enough water every day- Make

8. You can not avoid alcohol during all these parties. But you can surely control the amount of it you are taking. You have to do this because excess amount of alcohol can help you put on some weight and make your skin dull. So you better be proactive to decide on how much alcohol you are going to take in each party and stick to that for the whole season.

9. Do not compromise your exercise sessions. You might have to be flexible about the timing but you can not afford to give it up. Find yourself some time to have some physical exercises.
