Of course the answer is laughing. Laughing and fun has a lot of deep positive impacts on our total physical condition. Amusement reinforces our body protection systems and guide us get well from infirmity. Simultaneously add happiness to our life. So, how can you able to achieve this precious medication?

The body relaxes and the troubles related with stroke, raised blood pressure, ulcers, depression, arthritis get reduced-these are all the effects of hearty laughing. Gloominess, anger, worry, and depression – all stressful emotional condition leads to deadly heart disease which can be avoided by remaining cheerful always.

When a person laughs loudly his blood pressure initially increases, afterwards, it comes down to lower level. Deep breathing starts later to supply oxygen richer fresh blood to allover the body. A person who has a habit of regular laughing or to remain cheerful always, usually has got lower blood pressure than a person who does not posses the habit.
Adrenaline and nor-adrenaline are the two stress hormones released in our body during stress period. Production of these hormone causes the rise of blood pressure, heart rate etc. laughing decrease the release of stress hormones and thus relieves the body form offensive situation, make mind cool. It also acts as an antibody-as some active chemical substances related with body immunity, released in the body following laughing.

Muscles of face, neck, throat; superficial muscles of scalp, front of chest, back of chest, abdomen are well massaged by loud laughing. Well exercises of abdominal organs are performed by a hearty laugher which is essential for good digestion and absorption outcome. Thereby burning of extra calories done, which is equivalent to few minutes cycling in open air.
Usually we use half of the hemisphere of brain. Another part is kept inactive in case of ninety nine percent people. Both hemispheres of the brain can be stimulated by Laughter which increases the   learning power. Psychological stress decreases to keep the brain more functional to hold more data.

As humor acts as psychological drugs, it lowers the stress, anger and therefore lowers the social and familial problems. Remove loneliness. So always give smiley face when you meet someone known or unknown. It will cost nothing to you. When find something pleasing, go ahead and ask, “What is funny going on here?” All of funny things and humor create social bonding and a good sense of nice feeling sustains even after the funny occurrence is over which keep us freshen.

So, always keep smiling, make others to laugh- you will be healthy with other healthy people surrounding you…
