Itchy Scalp – An itchy problem

Various kinds of scalp conditions can cause itchy and uncomfortable scalp. This disturbing condition is faced by a lot of people of different ages. The most general grounds of itchy scalp are folliculitis, scalp seborrhea dermatitis and contact dermatitis.
Among these the common one is contact dermatitis. It’s the disturbance or allergic reaction to a thing which seems to have got in touch with the scalp. The wrongdoers’ list for the case seems to be led by the chemicals that are generally found in numerous hair products………. Most of the hair products that one buys from local general stores are full of various kinds of chemicals. Such chemical use tends to make the scalp excessively dry and irritating. Environment and food habits may also cause the contact dramatist.
Seborrheic dermatitis is another cause of the itchy scalp. Seborrheic dermatitis brings about itchy scalp shampoo and small white peels or flakes. Scales are also formed. Under these scales there remains red goaded skin. At times this condition can be quite ruthless. At worse it may stretch to other places such as the upper chest, behind the ears or even face.
By Folliculitis we mean a type of scalp acne. Under this very state the head turns out to be excessively dry. Because of this dryness the hair follicle hangs about open and allows bacteria to be trapped inside. And thus pimples and sometimes bumps appear on the scalp. Thus it is easy to guess that how itchy and troublesome condition follicilitis can prove to be.
A proper scalp balance is the remedy to such itchy conditions. Chemicals present in several cosmetics which promise to help, will just worsen it all. The best way to cure is through the use of natural ingredients that provides steadiness to the scalp. Jojoba oil, zinc, rosemary, thyme, and emu oil are few of the better natural ingredients for better scalp health.
