The unsightly dark circles that come as a result of age, overexposure to the sun or using harsh chemicals on one’s face give the illusion of exhaustion. They can be evaded by avoiding the sun, drinking plenty of water, ensuring you get at least six hours of sleep in order to be well rested.
Incase the dark circles are already manifest, then one can place cucumber slices under the eyes, apply some sunscreen lotion with a high spf, eat foods that contain antioxidant pigments like berries, onions and nuts and vitamin c tablets to help get rid of dark circles. However, the cosmetic solution is eye serum with Haloxyl which is the recommended active ingredient for dealing with these dark circles under the eyes.
Elite serum is the best such serum available for remedying dark circles under the eyes. It not only eradicates dark circles under the eyes but it also removes and reduces wrinkles around the eyes. There’s also the Olay Regenerist Lifting Eye Serum which promises to deliver results in 24 days but has been criticized for not having lasting results especially after one discontinues its use.
The DDF Bio-Molecular Firming Eye Serum which was designed to reduce puffiness, dark circles, and firm lines while moisturizing, toning and firming the skin. It, however, cannot back its claims to be Bio-Molecular. Another available fast absorbing, lightweight serum is the 24/7 Eye Cream that was made to simulate botox. It causes a cooling sensation as the serum works its magic.
Finally there’s the June Jacobs Cellular Collagen Eye Serum which aims to tighten, lift and firm the skin around the eyes. Indeed this product moisturizes without leaving an oily finish while it rejuvenates and purifies the skin. However, it’s not known to be very effective in eliminating the wrinkles around the eyes.
