      Diabetes is a very peculiar sort of disease and can be very confusing for the patient. The biggest confusion of all that rises about the disease is what to eat and what not to eat. This confusion leaves the patient in a deep ocean of dilemma and fear and regret of not being able to eat so many of the favorite foods. But fruits are always said to be the food for the diabetics. It is said that no food is as good as fruits if you are a diabetic. But are all the fruits safe for diabetics to eat? Can the blood sugar level really be controlled by fruits?

      A diabetic should avoid fruits with high glycemic content. The frits with high sugar and saturated fat should be avoided.

      So what kind of fruit should the diabetics take? Well, a diabetic should have the fruits which are rich in fibers and low in sugar. The fruits which fall under these criteria are perfect for the diabetics. Be careful about choosing fruits with high calorie. If you have taken a fruit that is high calorie, you will have to adjust the calorie level by reducing calories from the day’s meal.

      You might go with apples, mangoes or currants. These fruits are rich in fibers and sugar content ranges from low to medium high. You can take bananas without thinking about anything. Oranges and apples can be taken but you will have to ensure the balanced sugar level in the blood by doing some exercises.
      You need not to restrict yourself only with fruits, as green leafy vegetables are equally effective for diabetics. The nutrition content of these vegetables will help you to keep the sugar level down.

      If you are a diabetic then keeping the blood sugar level in control is not enough. You will also have to keep yourself healthy and fit so that your diabetes can not get serous and make it dangerous for your heart

And the later one, Korsakoff syndrome is a disorder that makes the victim make up detailed stories and tell them to people as if they were true. This hampers the analytical ability and problem solving ability of a person.

      You will have to control the amount of alcohol that you take and stay fit. And for those who already have memoy problems due to excessive alcohol, you can not afford to leave it untreated as it could take serious shape like brain damage if not taken care.

      Losing Weight is simple but Very Demanding

      You must have tried a lot of diet programs that promise to make you loose fat easily and quickly. The programs are so complicated that in most of the cases we give up when we are half way through. The programs say that if you follow the diet rules then you need to do nothing else to loose the extra weight. But the reality is just other way round. You do not have to make it complicated. Keeping the way to reduce fat simple and working hard on it, is the way to go. You will have to be careful about adopting any method as you might end up making a mess of everything.

      If you start involving a fat loosing plan then you will have to make up your mind to go all the way. Because it happens so often that so many people starts the activities with so much of enthusiasm but get frustrated in the mid way.       Try to remember the fact about weight loosing “it’s simple but not easy”. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to retrieve your attractive body. So never be tough on yourself if you fail to achieve your desired result at the beginning. Because it will take time and it is not as easy as it is said to be.
